Walk down the functional drinks aisle and everything shouts at you. Big numbers, aggressive fonts, promises about your body...

We wanted the opposite. Start with a drink people already love, and quietly make it work harder.

So we started with lemon iced tea. Then we added 10g of whey protein isolate and kept the sugar down to 2g. The hard part was not the protein. The hard part was making it disappear, so that what you taste is iced tea and nothing else. No aftertaste you have to chase away.

That took a lot of batches to get right.

Made for the everyday

Shansy is not a post workout drink, though it works fine as one. It is a 3pm drink. A drink with lunch. A drink in the cooler on the way to the lake. Sixty calories, half the caffeine of a coffee, and 10g of protein you did not have to think about.

We think that is a better deal than another shake.
