What is Shansy?
Shansy is a real iced tea with 10g of protein and 2g of sugar in a 355mL can. It is not a protein shake with tea flavouring. It is iced tea that happens to have protein in it.
Does it taste chalky like other protein drinks?
No. We use whey protein isolate, which is filtered to remove most of the fat and lactose that cause the chalky texture and aftertaste in protein powders. Shansy is clear, light, and non carbonated.

Where does the protein come from?
Whey protein isolate, which is derived from milk. Shansy is not vegan and is not suitable for anyone with a milk allergy.
How much caffeine is in a can?
About 50mg, roughly half a cup of coffee. It comes from the tea itself.
Is it sweetened with sugar or a sweetener?
Both, in small amounts. Each can have 2g of sugar, with the rest of the sweetness coming from stevia, a plant based sweetener. We use a premium stevia that leaves no aftertaste.
Does it contain allergens?
Yes. Shansy contains milk. It also contains caffeine. Check the can label before drinking if you have any food allergy.
Is it carbonated?
No. Shansy is a still iced tea.
Does it need to be refrigerated?
No. Shansy is shelf stable, so you can keep it in a cupboard, a bag, or a car. Chill it before drinking for the best experience.
When should I drink it?
Whenever you would drink an iced tea. Afternoon slump, after a workout, with lunch, in the cooler on the way to the lake. There is no wrong time.
Is Shansy alcoholic?
No. Shansy is a non alcoholic iced tea.

Where do you ship?
Ontario, Canada only for now. We are working on the rest of the country. Email us and we will let you know when we reach you.
What does shipping cost?
$9 flat rate on orders under $45. Free on orders of $45 and over, which includes the 12 pack and the 24 pack. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
How fast will my order arrive?
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days and delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after that. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Which pack should I buy?
The 4 pack if you are trying Shansy for the first time. The 12 pack if you already know you like it, and it ships free. The 24 pack for the best price per can.
Can I return it if I do not like it?
Because Shansy is a food product we cannot accept physical returns. If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or expired, we will replace it or refund it in full. See our Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email drinkshansy@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you. You do not need to ship anything back.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if it has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as you can, since we process orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Do you sell wholesale or to retailers?
