1. Agreement

This website is operated by Shansy Iced Tea ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to purchase from this site, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and availability

We do our best to display product colours, images, and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or per order.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. If we correct a price after you order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and its supported providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Nutrition and health information

Nutritional information shown on this site reflects the current product formulation and is provided for general information only. Shansy is a food product, not a medicine or supplement therapy. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Shansy contains milk (whey protein isolate) and caffeine (approximately 50mg per 355mL can). Always read the label on the can before consuming. If you have a food allergy, a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are sensitive to caffeine, consult a healthcare professional before use.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Refund and replacement terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to unlawful acts, to infringe our intellectual property, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, to collect personal information of others, or to interfere with the security features of the site.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Shansy name, logo, packaging design, photography, and written copy, is our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

11. Third party links

This site may link to third party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
