Where we ship

Shansy currently ships within Ontario, Canada only. We are working on expanding across the rest of Canada. If you are outside Ontario and want Shansy, email us at drinkshansy@gmail.com and we will let you know when we reach you.

Shipping rates

Under $45 CAD	$8.00 CAD flat rate
$45 CAD and over	Free

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location in Ontario. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and peak periods can add time.

Packaging

Cans ship in protective cartons designed for beverage transit. Shansy is shelf stable and does not require refrigeration in transit. Chill before drinking for the best experience.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, see our Refund Policy. We replace or refund damaged and lost orders reported within 14 days of delivery.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address are refunded at product value less the original shipping cost.
